Do KYC before you win, not after

The biggest cause of stuck withdrawals is leaving KYC until you want to cash out. Verify your PAN and a photo ID on day one, so your first payout isn't competing with a verification queue.

Requesting the payout

Open the wallet, choose withdraw, enter an amount above the minimum (usually ₹100), and pick a UPI ID matching your KYC name. Mismatched names are the second-biggest reason payouts bounce. Approved amounts often land the same day.

If it's delayed

First payouts can take longer while the operator reviews the account. If it stalls beyond the stated window, message support with your transaction ID and keep screenshots.
