I judge these APK-circuit rummy apps by the one thing nobody bothers to test: what happens when something breaks. So through the first half of July 2026 I put Rummy Perfect through a deliberate support stress test — four tickets, filed on purpose, every reply timestamped in the case register I keep in Google Sheets. I ran the whole thing from my mother's flat in Vadodara, where I was parked for two weeks, on a Moto G54 over Jio Fiber. The app itself is ordinary points-pool-deals rummy, still distributing outside the Play Store as of 21 July 2026, ₹41 signup credit and all. The support desk is the actual review.
Setup was quick: the 44MB v10.6.2 APK installed after the usual unknown-source nod, registration wanted only a mobile OTP, and I loaded ₹300 through BHIM on 30 June so every ticket would involve real money. I screen-record support chats now instead of screenshotting — a habit this fortnight fully justified.
Four tickets in two weeks, filed on purpose
One KYC problem, one payment problem, one knowledge question, one account change. My rule: 48 hours to a meaningful human reply, or the case counts as failed.
| Case | Filed | Channel | First reply | Resolved? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PAN photo rejected (glare) | 30 Jun, 6:10 pm | In-app chat | 3 h 50 m | Yes — re-upload cleared in 26 h |
| ₹300 deposit debited, not credited | 4 Jul, 11:05 pm | In-app chat + UTR | 9 min | Yes — credited in 55 min |
| Middle-drop points in deals rummy | 8 Jul, 1:20 pm | In-app chat | Bot only | No — canned loop, no human |
| Change payout UPI ID | 11 Jul, 10:30 am | Chat, then email | 31 h | Partly — done 14 Jul after selfie-with-PAN |
My own blunder stretched case two: I typed the UTR with two digits swapped and lost a day to it. A human agent caught the mismatch — a bot never would have.
"Ma'am, this UTR is not matching our gateway, kindly recheck digits. Deposit team is online till 1 AM." — the reply that got my ₹300 credited, 4 July, 11:52 pm.
The bot loop on the rules question had me drafting a delete-account note in my head; the nine-minute human reply on the stuck deposit made me quietly put it away. That is the pattern in one line: money-in problems get people, everything else gets scripts.
Version notes from my update log
- v10.4.0 — 11 Feb 2026: deals-rummy lobby added, bonus banner redesigned.
- v10.5.0 — 3 Apr 2026: UPI intent flow replaced collect requests — deposits got noticeably faster.
- v10.5.3 — 19 May 2026: forced update; fixed the table-rejoin bug players had grumbled about.
- v10.6.2 — 2 Jul 2026: current build; support chat moved under a "Service" tab, Hindi toggle added.
One withdrawal, clocked end to end
On 12 July, sitting on ₹561 after a decent pool-rummy run, I requested ₹520 at 9:42 pm to my BHIM handle. Status flipped from "processing" to "paid" overnight and the money landed at 11:15 am on 13 July — 13 hours 33 minutes, no fee deducted, amount exact. Slower than the "instant" the lobby banner promises, faster than I feared from a grey-market build.
The ₹100 minimum that is actually ₹200
Every download portal advertises withdrawals from ₹100. Inside v10.6.2, the payout screen greyed out anything under ₹200 until my lifetime deposits crossed ₹500. The ₹41 signup credit is the same story — it unlocks in drips of roughly ₹1 per cash hand, so treat it as decoration, not money. In my test, nothing here was false exactly, just arranged to look better than it behaves.
Beside Teen Patti Joy and Rummy Ola on the support ledger
When I worked through Teen Patti Joy's payment pipeline earlier this year, its KYC desk took nearly a full day to respond; Rummy Perfect's deposit desk beats that comfortably, though Joy's answers read less scripted. Rummy Ola routes everything through one chat window with no email fallback, which made my account-change test there impossible. Verdict: Rummy Perfect's support can genuinely fix stuck payments, KYC re-checks and (slowly) account edits. It cannot explain its own rules, and don't expect it to.
